Passed away suddenly at her home on Thursday December 19, 2024 at the age of 76. Margaret Lekx (née Murchie), beloved wife of the late Johannes “Hans” Lekx.
Much loved mother of Ann Jackson (Murray) and Nancy Lekx. Predeceased by son Michael. Cherished grandmother of Kyle (Tara), Kayla, Scott and Amy. Great grandmother of Lila. Dear sister of Jim Murchie and John Murchie (Bev). Predeceased by 2 brothers Kevin and Paul Murchie. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Friday December 27 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Liturgy of the Word will be held in the Chapel on Saturday December 28 at 10:00 am. Interment Gananoque Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Canadian Lung Association or to the Charity or your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
