Carol Ann Harriet Fitzhugh
Passed away at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Thursday April 11, 2024. Mother of Andrea and Pam. Stepmother of Kent and Erin. Loving grandmother of Kari, Ryan, Tanner, Robyn, Alannah, Hayde, Hayley, Sara, Allison, Abby, Ellen, Oliver and Lilly. Great grandmother to Christopher and Casey. Sister of Donna Norman (Tom), Keith and Brian LaBrash. Predeceased by brother Blaine and sister Brenda. Carol will be remembered by her dear friends Joanne Lancaster and Linda Cameron.
Carol was a wonderful hostess; she found joy in hosting gatherings at her beloved cottage, where friends and family came together to create cherished memories. Her green thumb brought life to her gardens, her culinary skills delighted all who shared her home cooked meals, and her adventurous spirit led her to slopes for exhilarating ski trips and to distant lands for unforgettable travels. Carol’s legacy of love, laughter, and adventure will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
At Carol’s request there will be no services. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
