Obituary of Laura Vancea
We are heartbroken to share the news of Laura Vancea’s passing at age 54 on July 1st, 2024.
Daughter of Rose Vancea, predeceased by her Father, George Vancea.
Loving Mother to Samantha (Justin), caring Grandmother (GG) to Skylah and Chayton.
Loving sister to Michael (Carla) and Krista (Jeremy). Proud Aunt to Micaela, Abigail, Zoe and Ryder.
Laura was a talented hair stylist, a friend to so many but most importantly was a GG and friend to her beautiful grandchildren Skylah and Chayton.
Laura had a love for family especially her best friends, daughter Samantha and Mom Rose.
She loved her brother and sister and all her nieces and nephews.
Laura volunteered with and was also a chair with Narcotics Anonymous and gave haircuts and did service work to so many that needed a hand with Arid House.
She will be missed by many in the community and especially by her family and friends.
There is no doubt she is hand in hand now with her Dad.
Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave., entrusted with arrangements. We will gather at the funeral home on Sunday July 7th to remember Laura beginning at 11 a.m. We will speak at 12:30 and continue to visit until 2 o’clock.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Laura can be made to the SPCA, Heart and Stroke or any other charity of your choice.
