Campbell, Colin
At his home on December 17th, 2024, Colin Campbell passed away suddenly at the age of 57.
Colin leaves behind his two loving daughters Kailey Campbell and Sam (John) Kaloc. He will be remembered fondly by his brothers Alex (Carol) and James (Tracey). Colin will be missed dearly by his father Henry and step-mother Ingrid and was predeceased by his mother Vera. He is also survived by his children’s mother, Alice Knights. His memory will be cherished by his extended relatives, many work colleagues and friends.
Colin was a devoted father and a dedicated provider who prioritized safety in all he did. He spent 25 years working at GSW until the factory closed, after which he devoted the last 10 years of his career to Dixon’s Hardware. As we shed tears at his departure for heaven, we find comfort in knowing that he and his loved ones are looking down and smiling upon everyone who cared for him throughout his life.
Colin had a passion for fishing and cherished family camping trips, often singing by the fire with those he loved. He was adored by all and will be deeply missed. His memory will forever remain in our hearts, and as time goes on, we will continue to celebrate the wonderful moments we shared with Colin. He will never be forgotten, he will forever remain in our hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family on Saturday, December 28th, 2024 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Graham A Giddy Funeral Home (280 St. David St., S, Fergus – 519-843-3100).
