Michelangelo was a sweet, innocent, beautiful boy with a beautiful soul, a pure loving heart and a mature mind. He showed unbelievable courage as he bravely battled a rare form of cancer for almost a year, before he was peacefully called into God’s loving arms on May 14, 2024, at the young age of 13. Heaven has gained an angel today.
Michelangelo will be forever missed by his loving parents, Josie and Rocco. Cherished by his loving Nonno and Nonna, Angelo and Maria Corbo, and is reunited in Heaven with his loving Nonno and Nonna, Michele and Angela Priolo. Michelangelo will always be remembered by his loving aunts, Susan, Tonia (Mario), Grace (Bill) and his cousins, Tania, Daniel, Irina, and Angelo. Michelangelo will be held dear in the hearts of his extended family, friends, neighbours, classmates and the entire St. John Bosco CES staff and community.
If so desired, donations in memory of Michelangelo may be made to the Sick Kids Foundation.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.).
Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens in the All Saints Mausoleum (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke ON M9W5T1 on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27).
