Words cannot express the pain we feel that we must announce Donna’s passing with family by her side at the University Hospital in London on September 29, 2023, at 72 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Pat Raymond (2021). Daughter of the late Orville and Stella Lapain. Daughter-in-law of the late Bernard Raymond and Jean Gaines. Cherished mother of Patrick Raymond (Karen Hunter) and Erica Raymond. Treasured and loved grandma of Mikayla, Mackenzie (Mitchell) and Kaiden. Great grandma of Landyn and Gracelyn. Dear sister of Jack Lapain, Michael Lapain, Terry Lapain (Adrienne) and Susan Lapain. Sister-in-law of Pam Piccinato and Teri Hranka (Tim). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donna was an amazing cook and baker, well known for her cake decorating. She loved gardening and attending to her flowers. Donna will always be known for her kind and generous heart. Donna is resting at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. North, Es on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral mass will take place on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Visiting at the church begins at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Clements Cemetery.
