Words cannot express the sadness we feel that we must announce our mothers passing on January 20, 2024, at the age of 74. Dear wife of the late Dan. Treasured mother of Sheryl McKay, Daniel McKay, and Michelle Gilbert. Loving Grandma of Jessica, Monique, Nicole, and Chantel. Great grandma of Teal, James, Kris, Lucas, Kyren, Tru, Amelli, Gilbert and Khonxiance. Sister of the late Ken Powers. Sister-in-law of Lawrence McKay (Kathleen), Raymond McKay (Susan) and Marlene. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Darlene retired from E.R. Vollans after many years of service. She loved shopping for antiques and above all loved getting together for family dinners at the farm. Cremation has taken place.
