Passed away peacefully at Hospice Georgian Triangle in Collingwood on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
Margaret Wilson of Wasaga Beach, formerly of Elmvale in her 92nd year. Pre-deceased by her husbands Gordon Gibb and Lorne Wilson.
Beloved mother of Rob (Karen) Gibb and Jeannie McKeown. Proud grandma of Dan (Megan), Jamie (Brett), Matt (Stephanie), Scott (Kristen), and Katelyn (Jeff). Cherished great grandmother of Cody, Hunter, Remi, Brant, Emmett, Emerson, and Henry. Pre-deceased by her sisters, Dorothy Schwartz and Shirley Martin. Margaret will be fondly remembered by the Wilson family.
Margaret, an active golfer in her earlier years, found immense joy in spending time with family and friends, sharing her love and humour.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the future, where we can gather to honour Margaret and share cherished memories and stories. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret’s memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
