Linda Lou Dorey-Blair Obituary
Linda Dorey-Blair
Linda’s loving husband Ernie Blair is sad to announce her passing on Tuesday July 30, 2024 after a brave battle with cancer at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton.
Linda was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by her husband Ernie, sister Sharon Ann Selph and she will be lovingly remembered by many extended family, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Linda’s working life began in Germany while living there with her parents Charles and Evelyn Dorey.
Upon her return to Canada Linda began a long career with Bank of Nova Scotia. In her youth, Linda was avid about equestrian/dressage. She was a member of numerous coin clubs, served as Past Treasurer of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 136 in Milton, and Vice President of Clan Keith Canada.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday August 31, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the
Royal Canadian Legion Br. 136, 21 Charles St., Milton (upstairs room).
If desired memorial donations to Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family. See link below.
