Suddenly yet peacefully on Tuesday June 25, 2024 Lynn Marie Deavu passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital in her 68th year.
Reunited with the love of her life Dale Deavu (1999). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by sister-in-laws Isabel Harrington, Gail Harrington, brother-in-law Monique Van Staden and by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Fondly remembered by the Deavu family ~ Gary, Barb, Deb, Tom & Krysia, Sandra and their families. Predeceased by her parents Mark (1984) and Edna (2008) Harrington, brother Carl (1995), sister Bev Dougher (2010), brother Gary (2023), sister Marlene Van Staden (2015), brother-in-law Eric Benner (2010), father and mother inlaws Charles (2003) and Phyllis (2005) Deavu, and by nephews Trent Saunders (2016) and Jim Schaffer (2023). Also sadly missed by her special friend Martin Gee and her cats Pepper and Peanut.
Family will receive relatives and friends at JW Hart Funeral Home, Dunnville on Wednesday July 3, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:oo pm with funeral service at 6:00 pm. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall, Dunnville. Special thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses that cared for Lynn in her time of need. Donations to the Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation ( dhhf.ca ) would be appreciated.
