It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Steve Zivanic, in his 82nd year. He was our protector…our strength…our love. He was our rock with a heart of gold. His sense of humor always kept us smiling. His family meant everything to him, and he meant everything to us. Peacefully, on September 28, 2024 – our warrior was given his wings.
Beloved husband of Vicky Zivanic (née Seeberger). Beloved son of the late Milana Loncarevic. Loving father of Lara Robinson (Rob), Stephanie Zivanic (Zoran Tesin), and Heidi Oglesby (Stephen). Dear brother of Zlata Heidelberger (Klaus). Dear brother-in-law of Frances Doneff (Rick), and Betty Oliver (John). Incredibly loved Poppa to Stevie, Andrew, Jackie, Carter, Mila, and Oreo. Great Poppa to Emma. Dear uncle to nieces and nephew. Our family in Serbia will miss him dearly.
Sincere gratitude to the Staff and Volunteers of Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, for helping us care for him in these final months of his life. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kim McCallum, and Sandra. In lieu of flowers, we ask that a memorial donation be made to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice. Cremation has taken place with a private burial.
