It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Erik Thomas Holmes on November 23rd, 2024. Born on November 2, 1989, Erik was a beloved son, brother, and uncle. He will forever remain in the hearts of his mother Wendy Holmes, and sisters Katie Holmes, and Nicki Reitzema (Wiert). Proud uncle of Colby, Molly, Max, Hank, and Lola. It brings comfort to know he is now reunited with his late father, Bob Holmes.
Erik was an animal lover, an excellent chef, and a hockey and lacrosse enthusiast. Erik will be dearly missed.
Please join us to remember Erik on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 between 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Port House, 2020 Lakeshore Road in Burlington.
