It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Larry Michael Joseph Lapointe at the age of 66 on October 4, 2024 at Cornwall Community Hospital. Loving husband of Catherine Delaney. Beloved father of Kaitlyn (Stephen), Tasha, and Tanya. Cherished grandfather of Bentley, Carson, Tyra, Tiara, Drake, McKenzie and great-grandfather of Asher. Treasured Brother of Bernice (late Dan), Rick (Bev), and Chris (Manon). Predeceased by his parents Leo Lapointe and Lillian Lapointe (née Flaro), by his siblings Gordy and Junior, and by his grandchildren Hudson, and Chase.
As per Larry’s wishes cremation has taken place and visitation will take place on Saturday, October 12th, 2024 from 9am – 11am, with a chapel service at 11am, at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario, K6J 3S2.
Memorial donations can be left to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and online condolences can be left at www.wilsonfuneralhome.ca .
