McMaster, Ruth Elizabeth passed away peacefully on Saturday January 27, 2024, at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital at the age of 61. Ruth will be deeply missed by her partner Russell Wright and remembered as the proud and loving mother of Andrew McMaster (Amanda Phillips) and grandmother of Zachary, Madisyn, and Emilee. She will be remembered also by Russell’s children Serena, Sabrina and Cody and granddaughter Mya. Ruth is survived by her brothers Herb, Tom, Hugh (Fran), Marshall (the late Ann) McMaster, sisters Elaine Galipeau and Peggy (Ralph) Arp and sister-in-law Jeannette Adair; predeceased by brothers Bob Adair and Roydon McMaster and her mother Annie Adair. Ruth loved her family and was a loyal friend, she will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held at Trinity United Church, 140 Maple St. Collingwood on Friday February 2, 2024, from 1 – 2 p.m. A service of remembrance will follow at 2 p.m.
