Janice Darlene Hackson (nee Warring) –
Passed away peacefully with her daughter at her side, on Tuesday December 5, 2023 at Bay Haven Care Community in her 83rd year. Cherished mother of Kevin, Heather and her husband Patrick. Dear sister of Leonard Morgan “Bud” Warring. Janice was predeceased by her parents Norman & Fern (nee Green) Warring. She had a love of animals, especially her feline friends. Special thanks to the staff at Bay Haven in Collingwood who provided Janice with exceptional care and her many PSWs from the March of Dimes for the care, support and friendships over the years.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 10 o’clock. If desired, a donation to the Salvation Army Christmas Hampers, My Friends House or Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House would be appreciated by her family.
