Elaine Schoenberger (December 21, 1943) passed away peacefully on July 19, 2024.
Survived by her husband of 60 years Roy Schoenberger, their two children Jeff Schoenberger (Kathy, South River), Nancy Harroun (Thad, Oakville), grandson Forrest Harroun, and will be greatly missed by many extended family and friends.
Born and raised in Toronto, Elaine and Roy enjoyed 18 years of retirement in Wasaga Beach. Elaine and Roy were avid campers, enjoying many summer nights with family at Killbear Provincial Park, or seeing Canada from their RV. The two of them celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary June 27, 2024. Mom was a passionate quilter, with Christmas as her favorite theme, and was a lifelong member of the United Church of Canada.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Centennial United Church of Stayner or Hospice Georgian Triangle, Collingwood. Celebration of life to follow.
