Tragically and unexpectedly Daniel Trudeau in his 47th year passed away on Sunday February 4, 2024. Daniel was a kind-hearted soul, a devoted husband and will be missed by his loving wife and best friend Janine Mosley. He was a dedicated and proud father to Charlie and Clara. Treasured son of Rene Trudeau (Heather) and Ernestine Vallee, Daniel will be remembered by his mother-in-law Cecilia Gibson (Brigg Harvey) and father-in-law Peter Mosley. He was the caring brother of Lincoln (Brenda Mozzone), Chris (Areeba Chan), Amber (Kevin Smith) and Nicole (Roberto Fernandes) Trudeau. He adored weekly visits and cribbage games with Janine’s grandmother Julia Petryshen and holiday get-togethers with Janine’s brothers’ family Ian Mosley (Jennifer Greig). He will be missed by his aunts, uncles, and cousins from the Trudeau, Haapala, Vallee and McEwen families. Daniel will always be remembered with great fondness by the Mosley and Petryshen families.
A service of remembrance will be held at Trinity United Church, 140 Maple St. Collingwood on Friday February 16, 2024, at 1 p.m. with a reception to follow. The service will be available by livestream. Trudeau Service
