Kuiper, Antonius Clemens “Tony” of Wasaga Beach, passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 2, 2024, age 76 at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital with family by his side.
Tony is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Leonor. He will be remembered as the proud and loving father of Marie-Claire Kuiper and Gilbert (Jennifer Marley) Kuiper. Forever cherished grandfather of Evan Dawson and Lauren and Carsten Kuiper. He will be missed by Leonor’s children Izabella, Valter and Mirian Sanches and his step grandchildren Denis, Lucas, Tereza, Joao and Miguel.
His 37+ year career as a flight attendant began in Holland working for a Dutch airline, and then he moved to Canada, and finished his career working for Air Canada.
Tony will be fondly remembered by his family in Holland and Leonor’s family in Brazil, and dearly missed by all who knew him.
As per his wishes cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. As an expression of sympathy donations in Tony’s memory may be made to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society or the Wasaga Beach Ministerial Food Bank.
