Suddenly, but peacefully, at his home in Cobourg on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, Robert “Bob” Walker at 80 years of age. Beloved husband of Diane Walker (nee Perreault). Cherished father of Shelley Walker (Adam Moore), Tammy Walker and Teddie (his cute adorable dog). Dear brother of Marlene Hope (the late Norm) and family. Bob was the Post Master of Brooklin and Port Perry area for 38 years without ever missing a day of work. Being the hard worker he was, he opened up a restaurant Mary Browns after he retired, going onto win more awards of excellence.
Overall, he was the best Dad and husband, and he will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
Cremation without services. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
