Peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital, on Saturday July 13, 2024 Mrs. Barbara Edith (Crow) Moffat of Clinton in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late John Fisher Moffat (2015). Loving mother of David & Wendy Moffat of Meaford, the late Lynn Moffat (2018) & Mike Gerrits of Clinton, and Janice & Ivan Richardson of Stratford. Cherished grandmother of Deidre, Olivia, and Spencer. Dear sister of David & Diane Crow, Ian & Jackie Crow, Mary Lou & Chuck Thompson, Bruce & Dianne Crow, and Heather & Larry Gecas. Also fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Barb was a lifelong member of Brucefield Community United Church and enjoyed a life of service with Huronview, Community Living, Huron-Perth Cancer Society, and the One Care Adult Day Centre and Diners Programs. Discovering and loving Tai Chi led her to perfect and teach the artform well into her 80s! Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes, 153 High St., Clinton, on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Brucefield Community United Church, Brucefield, on Friday July 19, 2024 at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes at Baird’s Cemetery, Stanley Township. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Brucefield Community United Church, or the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
