Margaret Rose “Maggie” Curram (nee Rice)
Passed away peacefully at home on Monday Oct 14th 2024, Maggie Curran of Chesterville, age 85. Beloved wife of the late Hubert Curran for 63 years. Loving mother of Larry (Connie) of Trenton, Darlene of Chesterville and Scott of Chesterville. Dear sister of Betty Dillabough (late John) of Ormond and Linda Skuce (late Ab) of Ormond. Much loved grandma of Kathleen, Melissa, James, Julie (Stephen), Andrew (Nikki) and great-grandma of Owen, Ethan, Kaleb, Carleigh, Sophia, Finley, Chelsea, Randy and Liam. She was predeceased by her parents Esbon and Agnes Rice (nee Park), her brother Russell Rice and her sisters Lois McLaughlin and Marjorie McGrory. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Royal Canadian Legion in Chesterville on Saturday, November 9th from 10 a.m. until time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. A luncheon will follow. Interment of cremated remains will be at Ormond Cemetery. Donations to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Chesterville would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
