Carol Jo-Ann Golem of Owen Sound, formerly of Chesley, passed away at Southbridge Owen Sound on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in her 82nd year.
Cherished mother of Wendy Boeru of Kitchener and Corey (Anna) of Chesley. Carol will live on in the memories of her grandchildren, Allen Booth, Sarah (Kevin) Webb, Justin (Adrienne) Golem, Brett Banks-Golem and her great-grandchildren Ciara, Owen, Logan and Amelia. Carol was predeceased by her husband Allen, her son-in-law Dale Boeru, her sister Florence (Toody) McInnes, and her parents Horace and Florence (Gillies) McInnes.
Carol’s wishes were for cremation to take place and a private family inurnment will follow at Chesley Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
