BROWN: Sherry Ann –
A lifelong resident of Chatham, Sherry Brown passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024 at the age of 85.
Born in Chatham, Sherry was the daughter of the late Marvin and Pansy (née Weaver) Brown.
Cherished sister to Ken Brown (late Pat, 2003) of Chatham.
Proud aunt of Darren Brown and Allison Brown (Kelly Mundie).
Also missed by many cousins, church family and friends.
Sherry retired from Union Gas after many years of service in accounts payable. She was an active member of the Sprucedale United Church, also taking part in the UCW.
Sherry enjoyed many travels with her cousin June and loved to play the organ. She looked forward to her Family Game Nights, where she would play various board games.
Sherry will be remembered for her kindness, grace and impeccable outfits.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 3:00 – 5:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 11:00am on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Interment to follow at Arnold Cemetery, Louisville.
Donations made in memory of Sherry to the Sprucedale United Church would be appreciated by the family.
