Bertasson: Richard Danny –
A resident of Thamesville, and formerly of Milton, Rick Bertasson passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus with family at his side on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at the age of 52.
Born in Milton, Richard was the son of Betty (née Ganton) and the late Dante Bertasson.
Father to Chris, Alicia and Destiny.
Brother to Gary Bertasson (Lou-Anne), Diana MacLean (Rick), the late Beverly Albers (Jac), the late Glen Bertasson, Steve Bertasson (Jeanette) and Dale Bertasson.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, friends and extended family.
Rick was a passionate weight lifter throughout his life.
As per Rick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Rick to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
