We are saddened to lose our beautiful CarolAnn. She passed away on Saturday, May 18, surrounded by those she loved. CarolAnn will be greatly missed by her husband Terry and by her children, Kenny Laprise (Michelle), Bryan Russell and Terri-Lee Russell and by her grandchildren, Xzavier Laprise, Callie Shepherd, Jaxon Laprise, Emmitt Laprise and Marleigh Ogle.
CarolAnn was born to the Lionel and Carol Hebert in Chatham in 1964. She leaves behind her siblings, Kerry (Evans Sopha) Colby , Michelle (Kevin) Charron, Joe (Peggy) Hebert, Billy (Tracey) Hebert, Nannett (Corey) Bueckert, Teo (Kim) Hebert, Cherrie (Wayne) Roberts and her in-laws, Ernie and Eleanor Russell, Ron (Sandy) Russell, Vickie (Keith) Webster, Randy (Tracey) Russell and Dan (Cali) Russell. CarolAnn will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and friends.
CarolAnn worked for many years at Nuco Plastics and recently dedicated herself to Hope Haven. She loved helping others. She also enjoyed being outside; going up north to the family property in Cochrane to hunt and fish or sitting around a bonfire were some of her favourite ways to spend time, because “Camo goes with everything”.
Spending time with her family and her grandchildren was always a priority for CarolAnn; watching them play sports or participating in track and field or simply being together.
Please consider donations to Hope Haven or the Chatham Kent Hospice in memory of CarolAnn.
CarolAnn’s life will be remembered and celebrated on July 27th from 1pm to 4pm at Shrewsbury Hall.
We will miss you and love you forever CarolAnn.
