JACKLIN, Ross
Passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Grand River Hospital Kitchener. Born in Grey Township on April 7th, 1938.
Loving husband of Donna Jacklin (Nesbitt). Dear father of Lewis Jacklin and Karen McKittrick (husband Glen). Cherished grandfather of Tanya, Michael, Nathan, Ryan, Adam, Jacquelyn and great-grandfather of Chloe, Monica, Charles, Natalia, Kaylee, Marcus, Gabriel and Bella, Jahdaya, Enjahliya and Elijah. Also survived by his siblings Murray (Joan), June, sister-in-law Wilma. Ross was predeceased by his parents Mel and Roxy Jacklin and brothers and sisters Arnold, Ronnie, Joyce and Leola (Harvey).
Ross was a truck driver and a John Deere man who enjoyed restoring old tractors.
Ross’ family will receive family and friends at Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge on Thursday, November 7th from 12 noon – 2 pm. Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2pm, followed by a light lunch. Interment will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ethel on Friday, November 8th at 12pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society – Waterloo Wellington.
