Passed away peacefully on July 20th, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospital at the age of 84. Predeceased by his loving partner of many years William (Bill) Nixon.
Lovingly remembered by his sister Patricia Hutton (Garry), in-law Jody Miller, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.
Predeceased by his parents Donald and Grace (Muirhead) Duckett, sister Suzanne Dowell (Frank).

Arrangements have been made at Bay Gardens Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington).
A memorial visitation will be held on July 25th, 2024, beginning at 10am and the memorial service in the chapel will begin at 11am. Burial immediately following at Woodland Cemetry (700 Spring Gardens Rd., Burlington), rejoin the family for a reception at Bay Gardens Funeral Home.
