Sandra Joan Carrigg (MacDonald), a cherished wife, mother, nana, and sister, passed away unexpectedly on June 30, 2024. Her bravery, strength, and grace will continue to inspire us all.
Born on November 5, 1964, Sandra (Sandy) lived in Brockville, Ontario, and was a proud business owner. Sandy will be fondly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many precious friends who were like family. Her kindness, generosity, and infectious spirit touched the hearts of many, forming a wide and loving circle of support and care.
Sandra is survived by her devoted husband, William (Bill) Carrigg; her three daughters, Casey and Leah Van Camp, and Rochelle Cross (Matt); and her three stepdaughters, Hailee Pincivero, Emma and Brooklyn Carrigg. She was the most cherished Nana to Nicolas Spicer. She is also survived by her siblings Pamela Earle (Tom), Duncan MacDonald, Robert MacDonald (Dagmar), and Heather Stubbins; her parents-in-law, Paula and Pat Leybourne, and Joe and Liz Carrigg. She was predeceased by her parents, Duncan and Irene MacDonald.
Family and friends may visit on Thursday, July 11, 2024, between 6:00-8:00 PM at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St E, Brockville.
