Margaret Pearl Lillian (nee Latham) Durant – MacMillan, passed away on June 2, 2024 at the age of 82 years at the St Lawrence Lodge where she resided for the past two years. She was born on November 25, 1941 in Brockville, Ontario.
She is survived by her daughters Sheila Romero and Brenda (Randy) Dixon, son David Durant, grandsons Kyle and Steven Romero, sister Joanne Miller and brother Howard Latham.
Predeceased by her parents, husbands Reginald Durant and Hugh MacMillan, son in law Jack Romero and brother Albert Latham.
The family would like to take the opportunity to thank Staff at St Lawrence Lodge-Oak Floor. You were incredible with mom, and so very much appreciated.
Family and friends may call at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday, June 10, 2024 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm in the Chapel. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer’s Society of Lanark Leeds Grenville will be gratefully acknowledged.
