With broken hearts, we announce the passing at Joseph Brant Hospital, on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 32 years old. Cherished daughter of Scott and Sue (nee Helfert). Beloved partner to Patrick McQueen. Dear niece of Kathy and Darrin Thring, Mark Ramsay, and Martin Helfert. Loving cousin to Sutherlin. Brittney will be greatly missed by many. Special thanks to the doctors and staff at Hamilton General and Joseph Brant for all of their care. In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Please join the family for a Memorial Gathering at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 4-6 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions to the Ron Joyce Centre would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
