Vink: Petronella Diana (née Eys)
A resident of Blenheim, Diana Vink passed away at the Blenheim Serenity Retirment on August 7, 2024 at the age of 64.
Born in Chatham, Diana was the daughter of Martin and Elizabeth (née Lonis) Eys.
Her memory lives on through her two Daughters, Jennifer (Bryon) Kerr and Sandra (Brad) Malott; and Son, Steven (Lena) Vink. She will be fondly missed by her former husband and father to her children, Gerry Vink.
She was the beloved Oma of Alexis, Martin, Connor (Ava), Derek, Deja, Grace, and Zoe. Proud Great Oma to Logan.
Diana’s memory will be forever cherished by her siblings, Casey, Joanne, Mary-Alice, Andy, and Tony.
She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
In her spare time, Diana enjoyed crafting. She was an avid cross stitcher, crocheter,and seamstress. She was proud of her work and enjoyed making blankets and dresses for her family.
Diana was proud to serve her community, driving taxi for many years.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends during a Memorial Gathering on Friday, August 9th at 51 Alexandrea Avenue, Chatham at 4:00 pm.
Donations made in memory of Diana to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
