It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Bernice at home on Sunday, September 29, 2024 in Burlington in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband D. Neil O’Sullivan (2018). Cherished mother of Terry (Brett), Michael and Peter (Heidi). Proud grandmother of Devin, Liam, Shannon, Liesl (Colin) and Aidan. Dear sister of the late Brendan Fitzsimons (Toni).
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant St. (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Raphael Roman Catholic Church, 4072 New St., Burlington on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 12 p.m. Reception to follow. In keeping with Bernice’s wishes, cremation will follow and a private family interment will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Arthritis Society Canada would be appreciated by the family. www.smithsfh.com
