It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Matthew Christopher Mark Austin, born May 26th 1991. Matthew, or Bill as he was affectionately called by his Father, passed away on December 8th 2024 in Barrie, Ontario.
He is survived by his doting parents Aaron, Deborah, and Kathryn. He was an adoring and proud father and leaves behind Keegan, Quinn, Raelynn, and Landyn, who he loved with his whole heart. He was a devoted father, brother, son, and friend and will be dearly missed. He lives on in all of us and his children and we will soon smile fondly at the many happy memories we shared.

Loved ones are welcome to attend a funeral for Matthew on Sunday December 15, 2024 at Basic Funerals and Cremation Choices-Jennett Memorial Centre 152 Bradford St., Barrie. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm-1:00pm. Sharing of memories will begin at 1:15pm.
