Mary Jennifer LeFeuvre passed away at Hastings Centennial Manor on October 16, 2024 at the age of 80 following a very lengthy ordeal with kidney disease. Mary (Spurrell) LeFeuvre, beloved wife of the late Dennis James LeFeuvre, loving cousin of Denise & Lyn Kelsey, beloved aunt of Marc & Jackie, Sean, Bret & Laurie, Dawn & Jody and Wayne and dear friends of Darcy & Barbara Stone, Kevin Vance, Wendy Maxwell and Bertha Benuisus. Mary was born in Ottawa and spent her professional career employed as a manager with the Ministry of Health for the Province of Ontario for twenty eight years. She and Dennis moved to Bancroft in 1998 following retirement and developed the North Hastings Community Fish Hatchery on their property which became their passion. When Mary wasn’t busy with the hatchery she loved tending to their home and property and caring for the various birds and animals there.
