Carl David Thomson passed away at Hastings Centennial Manor on August 27, 2024 at the age of 84. Carl Thomson, beloved husband of Lynda (Kelly) Thomson, loving father of Apryl Westaway of North Bay, Yvonne (& Faron) Dingman of Matheson, Philip (& Bonnie) Thomson of Peterborough and Stuart (& Renee) Thomson of Bancroft and lovingly remembered by his eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Carl was predeceased by his parents, John & Margaret Thomson and by his brothers, Neil and Wayne. Carl was the owner/operator of Carl Thomson Construction here in Bancroft for many years, a job which he loved. He was devoted to doing field service as of one Jehovah’s Witnesses and when he wasn’t busy with anything else, Carl enjoyed fishing.
