Passed away at McNally House Hospice, on Monday, September 30, 2024, in her 81st year. Beloved husband of Dave Powers. She will be dearly missed by Rick Singh and his wife Adrianne and their children Ava, Ilena, Gabrielle and Ayden, Kristina Salciccioli, Rhonda Sheriff, Clayton Gillie, Beth Ashton, Brian Kellett and by many other friends and colleagues.
Anna Maria touched the lives of many students, teachers and support staff in her 53 years of teaching. Special thanks to Dr. Ysselstein, Dr. Kouroukis and Dr. Mian and to all of the staff and volunteers at Juravinski and McNally House for all of your loving care.
Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. with Prayer Vigil at 4 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Queen’s Lawn Cemetery.
