Peacefully passed away on the November 3, 2023 in Barrie, Surrounded by her family and loved ones. Predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas “Bud” Allen.
English by birth Canadian by choice , Lucie served twelve years as president of the Ontario Division of C.U.P.E in their formative years.
After retiring Bud and Lucie spent many happy years between Florida and Canada finally setting in Alliston, she leaves behind Kelly, Steven, Bruce, David, and their families.
Lucie, has chosen to have a family only graveside interment with her friend Andrew Watkinson officiating.
