Passed away peacefully at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Alliston on Monday, October 30th. Loving wife of Mike and mom of Rocky (Brian) (Debbie) and Bob (Pat). Her greatest joy was being with her family and she spent countless happy hours with her grandchildren Mark (Chantel), Sean (Chantal), Darrel, Ryan (Kara) and Jason (Lisa). Some of her most cherished moments were with her great grandchildren Mikayla, Cole, Kennedy, Cassandra, Alex and Zachary. Lilian was a long time employee of the Department of National Defence in Base Borden. She was a strong supporter of the Lisle Royal Canadian Legion, Anglican Church Womens Group and the Lisle Baseball Club. She loved to party, sing and dance and was usually one of the first people to arrive at a function and one of the last to leave. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Mike and Lilian’s lives will be held at Drury Funeral Centre on Saturday, June 8th from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
