Taken from us far too soon, it is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dana-Lynn Foster, who was born on November 19th, 1963, and passed away peacefully on June 14th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Dana-Lynn was beloved spouse of Stephen Foster, (37 Years of Marriage) and devoted mother of Jason, David, Robert, and Casandra Foster. Dana-Lynn was also a proud grandma to Blake & the newly arrived Jaclyn. She was a dedicated stay-at-home mom who poured her heart into raising and naturing her children, always putting her family first. She loved unselfishly and unconditionally; all that knew her felt her beaming light in her smile and laughter.
Dana-Lynn had a deep love for flowers and took great pleasure attending to her gardens, where she especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. She also had a passion for travel and cherished the times spent exploring new places with her family and friends.
Dana-Lynn leaves behind her parents Jerry & Louise Kedro as well as her brother’s Jimmy, Daniel & Glenn and Stephen’s parents Keith & Mary Foster as well as her dear Brothers & Sister’s in Law Paul & Lisa Foster, Greg & Christina Foster, and their three children Megan, Sarah, and Alexis. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends will be deeply missed. She touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
A celebration of Dana-Lynn’s life will be held after the funeral at Trinity Centennial United Church in Rosemont, Ontario on June 24th. The funeral is at 11.00 am, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Stevenson Memorial Hospital, in honour of Dana-Lynn Foster.
