SCOTT, Nicholas John – 44, Nicholas John Scott, born on February 25, 1980, in Calgary, Alberta, passed away suddenly on July 10, 2024. He was the cherished son of James Scott and Anne Marie Coffin, deceased, and stepson to Kenney Coffin and Diane Scott. Nicholas was a beloved brother to Joel Scott, Theresa Smith, Peter Coffin, Abby Charters, Luke Buckley, and Shawna Grear. He was also a loving uncle to Taylor Nicoll, Jaron Scott, Laidley Smith, Joely Smith, Borden Coffin, Gavin Wright, Thomas Murphy, Ella Buckley, and Harrison Buckley. Nicholas will be remembered for his intelligence, empathy, and generous spirit. He possessed a keen intellect and a compassionate heart, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His interests included fishing and tinkering with electronics, pursuits that brought him joy and fulfillment throughout his life. A private family celebration of life will be held, at a later date, to honor and remember Nicholas. Donations in memory of Nicholas may be made to the Let Your Light Shine -Jevon Link Society. Nicholas John Scott leaves behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and wisdom that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched with his gentle spirit and caring nature. May he rest in peace.
