Lois’ Obituary
DOUCETTE, Lois Carolyn – Age 86 of Yarmouth, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2024 at Veterans Place, Yarmouth. Born in Argyle Sound on January 21, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Cecil and Ruby (Nickerson) Goodwin.
Lois is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth “Bobby” Doucette, Yarmouth; sisters, Merna Nickerson (Ronnie Whittman), Roberts Island and Cathy Goodwin (James Jarvis), Fall River; brother, Dicky (Ruby) Goodwin, Argyle Sound. She was predeceased by a sister, Joan Whittman.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth. A graveside service will be held at Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11 a.m., Rev. Bill Newell officiating. Family flowers only please.
