Gault, Margaret “Joan” – passed away December 19, 2024 in Braeside Home for Special Care, Middle Musquodoboit, just short of her 84th birthday.
Born in Upper Musquodoboit, she was a daughter of the late Dick and Libby Gilbert.
As an only child, she always looked forward to having her family around her. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, visiting thrift stores, watching TV and going to bingo. She loved spending time with her pets. Joan and Hector had several trips to Newfoundland, a place she thoroughly enjoyed.
Joan will always be loved and missed by her children, Jackie (Boyd), Joe (Connie), Rose, Roxie (Stacy), Brent (Connie), Stewart; grandchildren, Chris, Courtney, Krista, Alicia, Andrea, Nathan, Kayli, Nick, Tyler, Ivan, Bradley, Lyndsey; great-grandchildren, River, Alyssa, Kalee, Zoe, Emily, Landon, Keegan and Brayden.
She was predeceased by her husband, Hector; son, Roger; daughter, Tanya; grandson, Ryan.
Cremation has taken place.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.
