Lynda Jean Murray-Manley – 70, Upper Onslow, passed
away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 7, 2024, following a 20
year illness.
Lynda worked at Leisure Days RV Centre until retiring in
2016. She loved the outdoors and was an avid cyclist, walker, enjoyed
camping at various places and weightlifting. She loved The Hallmark
Channel and could be found watching Christmas movies at any time of
year. She was a frequent blood donor and had donated 64
times.
Lynda is survived by her husband, Gene; son, Max Pearson,
Edmonton, Alberta; daughter, Julia Pearson (Ethan Nicholls), Halifax;
step-children, Paul Manley, Edmonton, Alberta; Caitlin (Andrew)
Wright, Halifax. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her
siblings, Robert Murray, Gordon Murray, Eddilyn Grant.
Honouring Lynda’s wishes, no visitation or service
will be held. If so desired, and in Lynda’s honour, please
consider donating blood or contributing to Colchester East Hants
Hospice Society.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall –
