Justin Edward Hayes – 38, Valley, passed away on
Thursday, November 21, 2024, in Truro. Born in Sarnia, Ontario, Justin
was a son of Susan Lee Giles, Valley, and George Hayes, Sarnia,
Ontario.
Justin will be missed by his niece, Payton Hayes, Brantford,
Ontario; sister, Lindsay Hayes, Brantford, Ontario; brother, Zachary
Giles, Truro.
Justin’s friends knew him for his love of music,
sense of humour and his generosity. He was an excellent musician,
companion, son and hard-working co-worker.
In the past year, Justin volunteered at a church soup kitchen
in Truro where he served meals to the less fortunate. He made friends
easily and was a positive impact on so many.
Justin is now reunited with his beloved pets and family
members who predeceased him.
A gathering in Justin’s honour will be held from
12-3 p.m., Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Bains BBQ, 1406 London Road,
Sarnia, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Justin’s memory to
your local food bank or local mental health association are
welcomed.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall –
Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. Tributes, words of
