It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David Rodney Gallant on October 19, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 56. Dave was a cherished husband to Lisa, a devoted father to Danielle (Leo) and Kyle, and a beloved member of his large extended family in Newfoundland.
Born and raised in Newfoundland, Dave was a man of many passions. His family and friends knew him for his limitless love and dedication, and he found great joy in sharing moments with those closest to him. Beyond his love for family, Dave could often be found at a pool table, perfecting his skills with his characteristic determination and joy. Music also held a special place in his life, and he excelled at nearly anything he set his mind to.
Dave’s warmth, humor, and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In honor of his wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
