Symonds, Janice Warner – 85, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2024 at Roseway Manor. Born on February 2, 1939 she was a daughter of the late Aubrey and Abbie (Smith) Stoddard. Janice loved camping at Belle Baie with her family. She enjoyed knitting and puzzles. Janice is survived by her daughter, Veronica (Billy) Stewart; son, Wade (Enid) Symonds; grandchildren, Jody (Vanna) and Warner (Dustin); great-grandchildren, Shayla, Sage and Drayton. Besides her parents, Janice was predeceased by her husband, Elijah Symonds. Visitation held will be held on Monday, July 8, from 7-9 pm at the H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 9 from the H.M. Huskilson’s Memorial Chapel, Barrington. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or donor’s choice.
