Kyle David Forgeron
June 5, 1985 – November 11, 2024
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother & uncle. Kyle was a man with a big heart, ready smile & was a fierce defender of his family & friends. From the outpouring of love and tributes on social media, it confirms he had become a man well liked and respected by his huge circle of friends.
Kyle was a talented welder, holding many positions over the years from Nova Scotia to Alberta, most recently at the Darlington nuclear plant in Ontario. He always took on each new challenge with optimism and determination. He was always happy to get tips and feedback from anyone with more experience, willing to learn and adapt to be better. He was also happy to pass this knowledge on to anyone who wanted it. From all accounts he was a great friend and colleague to his brothers of UA 401 and previously UA 682.
Kyle’s favourite thing was sports. He tried many as a child but hockey & baseball were the ones that stuck. He played hard & made many life long friends on the many, various teams over the years. When he stopped playing, he never stopped watching. He would always be in attendance at the field in Petit de Grat when he was visiting home and enjoyed going to watch his team, the Maple Leafs when possible. He watched ALL sports on TV and never missed highlight reels.
Kyle also loved the outdoors, 4-wheeling, hunting and boating. Playing cards was another pastime. He loved all animals and never missed an opportunity to stop & pet one. He cherished his time with his nieces, taking in as many activities with them as possible.
Kyle didn’t miss too many parties and loved to socialize. I am sure his many friends have lots of stories to tell.
He will be sadly missed by his parents, Joyce (Cape) & Blair Forgeron; sister Kayla (Curt Samson) Forgeron and beloved nieces, Ella & Emmy.
Kyle leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins to grieve; John (Lyla) Forgeron, Alberta, Marion (Roger) Smith, Lions Brook, Edwin (Judy) Forgeron, West Arichat, Basil (Heather) Forgeron, Dartmouth & Russell (Donna) Forgeron (also Godparents), West Arichat and Richard (Rhonda) Cape, Arichat. While he enjoyed all his cousins, a special mention goes to his youngest one, Cody Forgeron, who he spent lots of time with and crashed at his place regularly.
Kyle was predeceased by his grandparents Bill & Betty Cape and Hubert & Margaret Forgeron; his uncle Curtis Forgeron; aunt Sylvia Forgeron; cousin Michael Forgeron and good friend Kayla Cotton.
We loved you every day and now we will miss you every day
