Obituary of Sherry Bennett
It is with deep sadness that the family of Sherry Bennett announce her passing, which occurred at the Sus Health Centre on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Born in Port Credit, ON on April 27, 1964, she was a daughter of Florence (Murray) and the late John Chestnut.
Sherry is survived by her mother, Florence Chestnut of Newline; her sons: Scott Bennett of Saint John and Travis Bennett (Breanna Palmer) of Oromocto; her sister, Shelly Amero (Wade) of St. Bernard, NS; and her nieces and nephew, Hannah, Keturah, and Benjamin.
Besides her father, Sherry was predeceased by her son, Charles Daniel Bennett.
Sherry also deeply loved her four-year-old “fur baby”, Buddee. He was her whole heart and trusty companion.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sus, (506-433-1176) from where a visitation will be held on Friday, December 27 from 6-8pm. The interment will take place in the Southfield Cemetery in the spring.
Donations to the local food bank (Sus Sharing Club), the Southfield Cemetery, or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Donations and personal condolences to the family may be made through www.wallacefuneralhome.com
