Obituary of Lynda Hargreaves
It is with deep sadness that the family of Lynda Margaret Hargreaves announce her passing which occurred at the Sus Health Centre on Monday, November 25, 2024. Born in Montreal, QC on September 12, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn (Murphy) Weare.
Lynda is survived by her children: Shaun Hargreaves of Codys, NB; her chosen family: Terry Hargreaves (Debbie) of Youngs Cove, NB; Wade Hargreaves (Colleen) of Fredericton, NB; Darlene Hargreaves of Irish Town, NB; and Lisa Hargreaves of Omemee, ON; her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, whom she loved with her whole heart; her sisters: Barbara Shaw of Rothesay, NB and Charlene Osbourne of Saint John, NB; and her dear friend and homemaker, Amanda, as wells as special friends and neighbours, Bernice and Harold. Lynda is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Lynda was predeceased by her loving husband, Alfie; her brother, Arthur Allan, and her sisters: Pat White and Diane Carmichael.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sus, (506-433-1176) from where a visitation will take place on Friday, November 29 from 1-3pm. A celebration of Lynda’s life will take place from the All Saints Anglican Church (279 Bagdad Road Youngs Cove, NB) on Saturday, November 30 at 1:00pm.
