1947-2024
It is with sadness the family announces the passing of
Theresa Kierstead, 76, at the Moncton City Hospital on March 5, 2024.
Born in Harewood on July 24, 1947 she was a daughter to the late
Raymond & Rosie (Carr) Wilson.
Theresa worked as an Educational Assistant in her working
years. She also enjoyed reading a book, cooking and knitting as well
as taking drives in the country.
Theresa is survived and sadly missed by her daughters: Connie
(Jarvis) Lockhart of Havelock, Sharon Shannon of Barnsville and Daisy
(Andrew) Totten; her son, Daniel (Darlene) Kierstead of Saskatchewan;
her brother, Donald (Diane) Wilson of Salisbury; her 10 grandchildren,
2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Theresa was predeceased by her husband,
Stillman Kierstead; her brother, Victor; her sisters, Shirley, Vivian,
and Mabel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury
Funeral Home, 506-372-4800. A graveside service will be held at a
later date from the Salem Cemetery.
If desired, donations made to the Diabetes Association or a
charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the
